Other Planner reports
Alongside the main reports, Planner offers several more focused reports. Some are always available, and some are add-ons that your organisation may or may not have. This reference lists each one, what it shows, and anything you need to run it.
Every report here needs the View planning permission at a minimum. Where a report needs more, it is called out in the table.
The reports

| Activity & Schedule | The planned activities over a period, laid out so you can see when each activity is scheduled. | View planning. |
| Activity list | The same planned activities as a straight list for a period, which is handy for reading through or exporting. | View planning. |
| Next of kin | Emergency contact details for the people on board, so you have them to hand if something happens. | View planning. If your organisation restricts this by country, you will only see people from the countries you are allowed to view. |
| CTR Report (Cost-Time-Resource) | Cost and time figures for a job, bringing the money and the hours together in one place. | The cost-viewing permission. If your organisation has the CTR add-on enabled. |
| Personnel info sheet | A per-person information sheet that gathers a person's key details into one printable page. | View planning. If your organisation has this add-on enabled. |
| Crew experience | An overview of the crew's experience, so you can see the depth of experience across a group. | View planning. If your organisation has this add-on enabled. |
A note on add-ons
Several of these reports are add-ons. If a report in this list is not in your Reports menu, your organisation has not enabled it. Your Markular administrator can tell you whether it is available to you.
