Add and reject entries on a day
Each day on a timesheet is made up of rows called entries. This article shows you how to add your own entries to a day, how to reject an automatic row so it does not reach payroll, and how to save entries you use often as reusable favorites.
Add an activity or a bonus
Open the day you want to change and add a row:
- To record time you worked, add a worked-hour activity row and set its hours.
- To add something extra, such as a bonus or an allowance, add a bonus or allowance row and set its value.
You can add more than one row to the same day. This works the same on an offshore timesheet and an onshore timesheet.

Reject an automatic row
On an offshore timesheet, some rows are pre-filled automatically from your planned rotation. If one of those rows should not be paid, for example it does not reflect what actually happened, you can reject it. A rejected row stays visible so you have a record of it, but it is left out of payroll. If you reject a row by mistake, you can restore it.
When you reject a row, you must add a comment on that day explaining why. This is required: if a day has a rejected row but no comment, you will not be able to submit the timesheet. If Submit is blocked, check for a rejected row that still needs a reason.
Reuse common entries with favorites
If you add the same kind of entry often, set it up once as a favorite in the Favorites manager, then add it to any day in one step with Quick Add from Favorites. This saves filling in the same details again, and is useful for a bonus or allowance you claim most months. See Speed up entry with favorites.
